  • Overview

    Lead the full cycle of recruitment and engage high-quality candidates for teams across our growing company.


    To succeed in this new position, you will: 

    • Source and engage candidates for a variety of teams including sales and client success, software development and data operations
    • Lead dynamic screening calls to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills and mindsets 
    • Create and curate content for social media and email campaigns
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and to ensure a high-quality candidate experience every step of the way
    • Manage communication with staffing agencies and ensure timely identification of candidates for temporary positions
    • Support with the annual career interests survey and coordinate informational sessions for internal candidates 
    • Continuously learn about best-practices and share ideas as we implement new technology and best practices



    This will be a great match if you've identified and engaged high-quality candidates to support corporate growth or external clients. You must be able to lead dynamic conversations with candidates and hiring managers as we recruit for current and future roles across the company. Most importantly, we're looking for a recruiter who will learn rapidly and deliver results.
